Now available, we have two private floors of specialized dementia care suites which are fully dedicated to residents living with Alzheimer’s disease and other types of dementia. The Reflections Memory Care community is staffed with a team of experienced professionals who are trained in proven therapies, strategies, and modalities for enhancing the quality of life for these special-needs residents and their families.
Specialized Programs for Alzheimer’s and Dementia
As safety is a top priority, the Reflections Memory Care residence is electronic keypad-protected and fully secured. This creates a consistent, comforting, and familiar environment in which residents can safely go about daily activities. The specialized dementia care programs are customized to each resident’s level of ability, delivering effective memory care through positive, encouraging, and life-affirming experiences.
Most importantly, our expert, caring staff at 305 West End provide highly personalized, engagement-based programming that helps aging adults not only manage their memory loss, but do so with dignity and grace.
Our residents have access to:
- Three delicious meals, nutritionally planned and individually served each day, ensuring not only fine dining, but also heart-healthy offerings at every meal.
- Country club dining room.
- Housekeeping, weekly linens, and laundry.
- Engaging events and programs, and motor coach transportation to and from outside activities.
- Assistance with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication monitoring, as needed.

305 West End offers two private floors dedicated to residents living with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease or other types of cognitive impairment. Reflections is a highly personalized memory care community that helps provide aging adults with a sense of place and purpose. The specialized dementia care program establishes a secure, familiar and compassionate environment where daily programs remain consistent and individually paced.
Reflections Memory Care suites at 305 West End start at $17,000 a month. Pricing varies based on the type of apartment and level of care required. The monthly fee includes personal care assistance, three meals a day, highly trained staff, weekly housekeeping and laundry services, specialized dementia care programming, and access to a certified dementia practitioner.
Team members in the Reflections Memory Care program receive ongoing, specialized dementia care training in proven therapies, strategies, and modalities to enhance the residents’ quality of life. The staff, led by a certified dementia practitioner, focuses on delivering care and engagement-based programming through positive, encouraging, and life-affirming experiences.
Yes! Friends and family are encouraged to visit and participate in their loved one’s care. Routine visits help residents feel supported and secure — and their active participation strengthens the circle of care surrounding their loved ones.
In 305 West End’s memory care community, programs are customized to each resident’s level of ability and interest. The personalized dementia care programming helps ensure residents feel comfortable and safe.
Examples of programming include music experiences with Board-Certified Music Therapists and licensed Creative Arts Therapists. Residents also enjoy professional concerts through Orpheus Reflections and Sing For Your Seniors, featuring songs from Broadway, jazz, classical, and more. Additional programming includes exercise classes, art lessons, pet therapy, cooking, and scheduled outings to Manhattan attractions.
