“I have been wanting to write you since the first time I entered 305 West End Ave. I was walking by and thought I should make an appointment to tour your facility. I was greeted at the front desk by a man with a huge smile and a gracious demeanor-Patrick. He called Nancy and she came down to meet me. I thought she was going to give me an appointment to come back but she invited me upstairs to talk about my mom and our current situation. The compassion and warmth she showered on me was unbelievable. I was extremely stressed out and unsure of what would be the best decision for my mother’s future. She was patient, professional and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and gave me a tour of your facility.

I knew right away that I wanted my mom to live at 305.

I want to thank you for providing a haven for my mom. She truly loves her life in her new home. She constantly tells me how I made the absolutely right decision for her. Your staff is incredible and I can’t thank you enough for providing a warm and nurturing environment. My mom feels like she is back in college learning new things.

Our whole family; my husband, my daughter, my brother and most of all my mother finally feel at peace. Our mom is being taken care of by professional and loving people. She loves the people who are taking care of her and she is happy. Our whole family is thankful for the life my mother is living.”
