Guests were welcomed with a festive cocktail reception featuring brunch favorites including Mimosas, Peach Bellinis, and Bloody Mary cocktails. The brunch menu showcased an array of thoughtfully prepared selections, from bakery pastries, yogurt parfaits, and traditional New York bagels to Nova Scotia to chef-curated charcuterie displays, seasonal salads, chilled shrimp cocktail, Belgian waffles with fresh whipped cream and berries, and made-to-order omelets.
Additional highlights including a carving board featuring roast turkey and herb-crusted spring rack of lamb, an interactive pasta station with fresh ingredients and sauces prepared to order, and an assortment of signature entrees including braised beef short ribs, Chicken Française, Atlantic salmon, and eggplant rollatini, concluding with chef-crafted desserts and beverage service.
