305 West End Assisted Living offers two-bedroom, one-bedroom, and studio suites for our independent and assisted living residents. Our memory care community, Reflections, offers a studio suite floor plan. All suites include a kitchenette, private bath, daily housekeeping, 24-hour security, maintenance, and more.

Our location on the Upper West Side puts us close by many of our residents’ favorite attractions and destinations in Manhattan, including:

  • Central Park
  • American Museum of Natural History
  • Riverside Park
  • The New-York Historical Society
  • Broadway theaters 
  • Shopping and dining 

While these are just a few, the Upper West Side is brimming with eateries, boutiques, bookstores, and more that provide an authentic New York experience.

Yes! Residents are encouraged to customize their suites and make them their own.

You’ll find delicious, nutritionally planned meals served three times each day in our country club dining room, bistro grille, and juice bar. 

In addition to regular meals and snacks, 305 West End Assisted Living can accommodate modified diets as needed. Therapeutic diets include no salt added (NAS), no concentrated sweets (NCS), lactose free (LF), and gluten free (GF). Mechanically altered diets include soft to chew, chopped, ground, and pureed.

Visitors are always welcome at 305 West End. For safety and security purposes, we require guests to sign in and out at the concierge desk.

Small pets are allowed in our apartment suites with prior approval, provided the resident can independently care for them. Please call 212-969-8464 for additional information.

Residents are free to come and go as they wish, whether on one of our organized group activities or for an individual outing. 

305 West End Ave, New York, NY 10023 is conveniently located near several subway stops on the Upper West Side, including:

  • 72nd Street Station (1, 2, and 3 lines): This station is located at Broadway and 72nd Street, providing access to the red lines (1, 2, and 3). The 1 is a local train, while the 2 and 3 are express trains.
  • 79th Street Station (1 line): Located at Broadway and 79th Street, this station provides local service on the 1 line.
  • 81st Street–Museum of Natural History (B and C lines): Located at Central Park West and 81st Street, near the American Museum of Natural History. It provides access to the orange B and C lines.

The Upper West Side has a well-connected subway network, making it easy for residents and visitors to travel throughout the city.
