305 West End Assisted Living offers two-bedroom, one-bedroom, and studio suites for our independent and assisted living residents. Our memory care community, Reflections, offers a studio suite floor plan. All suites include a kitchenette, private bath, daily housekeeping, 24-hour security, maintenance, and more.

Our premier Upper West Side address puts our residents at the heart of Manhattan’s arts and culture scene, just a few blocks from the American Natural History Museum and the Hayden Planetarium, Lincoln Center, and Central Park. Nested between Beacon Theatre and Riverside Park, there is always something to do right in our residents’ backyard.

Yes! Residents are encouraged to customize their suites and make them their own.

You’ll find delicious, nutritionally planned meals served three times daily in our country club-style dining room and bistro grille. 

In addition to regular meals and snacks, 305 West End Assisted Living can accommodate modified diets as needed. Therapeutic diets include no salt added (NAS), no concentrated sweets (NCS), lactose free (LF), and gluten free (GF). Mechanically altered diets include soft to chew, chopped, ground, and pureed.

Visitors are always welcome at 305 West End Assisted Living. For safety and security purposes, guests are required to sign in and out at the concierge desk.

Small pets are allowed in our apartment suites with prior approval, provided the resident can independently care for them. Please call 212-874-5000 for additional information.

Residents in independent and assisted living are allowed to come and go as they please, for both organized group outings and personal excursions. Residents of our Reflections memory care program are encouraged to attend events and outings, but are accompanied by an attendant at all times for safety.
